In-person Yang & Yin yoga class at Surf Yoga Portugal in Ericeira on Wednesday 9th of Feb 18.30-20.00. Mixing Hatha movement with restorative yin forms.

This is a great yoga studio at the top of Ribeira D’ilhas in Ericeira and we have all lovely props in use for this 1.5 yoga class in person. The class starts with hatha forms and movement and ends in restoring yin forms to soothe the nervous system.
