A single online yoga class on Zoom or recording

Here you may purchase yourself or a friend a single online yoga class in February 2022. The class can be either the Hatha Flow on Mondays or Restorative Yin on Thursdays. Classes are in English.

For Hatha Flow Mondays:
When: Jan and Feb Mondays 07:00-8:15 PM Helsinki time (UTC/GMT+2)

For Restorative Yin Thursdays:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the classes.

You can also register and if you can’t make it to the live class on Zoom, the recording of the class is available for 2 weeks after the class online through a link.
