This class is for the ones wanting to do an energizing and moving yoga practice. This class combines hatha yoga and flowy movement with some aspects of TCTSY and restoring practices to finish the class. The movement is slow and the classes are catered for beginning and intermediate yogis. No previous experience is needed. You can always adjust your movement to suit your body and the feeling at the moment.
Hatha yoga is the oldest form of yoga and includes various breathing practises and asana practice. We usually begin the class with a breathing practice (pranayama) or focusing practice, then do a series of yoga forms usually on the mat and standing. The class finishes restoring forms on the mat as well as the last rest form (savasana).
